Our aim is to produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the Tuscan style.
Each variety is processed separately in small batches using the latest Olive Oil extraction tecnology.Small batches allow the olives to be processed within a few days of picking.
Ridge Estate Olives are pressed to produce a well balanced fruity, Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a hint of pepper on the back pallet.
